Short Answers, Linked to the Detail

What is the difference between PPF and ceramic coating?

Film is a physical layer for chips and scuffs. A coating is a thin chemical layer for gloss, UV and easy washing. Compare them here.

Which parts of the car does PPF usually go on?

The front end: bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors and door edges. See each panel.

Does a ceramic coating stop rock chips?

No. It is not impact protection. For chips, use paint protection film on the panels that take hits.

Should the paint be corrected before it is coated?

If it has swirls or light scratches, yes. A coating seals in whatever is underneath. About paint correction.

Is tinted glass allowed on the front side windows in Ontario?

The Highway Traffic Act restricts material that substantially obscures the interior on the windshield and the windows beside the driver. Read the tint law guide.

What does laser-cut tint mean?

Each piece of film is cut to its window's exact shape before it goes on. About window tinting.

What wrap finishes are available?

Matte, gloss, satin, chrome, colour-shift and brushed. About vinyl wrapping.

Do you handle pet hair?

Yes, and heavily soiled interiors. We estimate before starting. About interior detailing.

Do you work on company vehicles?

Yes. Fleet accounts cover detailing, protection and branding, with pickup available. About fleet services.

Can I get a car while mine is in the shop?

Yes, replacement rentals by the day, week or month. See rentals.
