Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Please contact us or book in advance to reserve your spot. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability but we cannot guarantee service without a booking.
Can I wait while my vehicle is being worked on?
Our shop is a private workspace and we do not have a customer waiting area. For safety and liability reasons, we recommend dropping off your vehicle and returning once the service is complete. We will notify you as soon as your vehicle is ready for pickup.
What is your payment policy for vehicle pickup?
All invoices must be paid in full prior to vehicle pickup. Vehicles will only be released once payment has been received and confirmed. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac.
What types of payment are accepted?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac e-Transfer. Gratuities are not included in the service price and are always appreciated by our technicians.
Is a deposit required when booking an appointment?
Yes, a deposit is required upon invoice or drop-off to secure your booking. The remainder of the payment is due once the job is completed to your satisfaction.
Do I need to remove personal items from my vehicle?
Yes. Please remove all personal belongings — including items in the trunk, glove compartment, door pockets, and center console — before your appointment so we can properly clean all areas of the vehicle without obstruction.
Do you need access to water or electricity for mobile detailing?
Yes, access to water and electricity may be required depending on the service. Please confirm the specific requirements when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Do you clean pet hair or heavily soiled vehicles?
Yes, we handle pet hair and heavily soiled interiors. Additional charges may apply depending on the level of cleaning required. We'll give you a clear estimate before starting any work.
