Plan the Artwork Once, Use It on Every Vehicle
A fleet wrap puts your branding on company vehicles in film, so every van or car looks the same and the paint underneath stays protected. Plan the design so it works on every vehicle shape you own. Branding and livery are part of our fleet services, with a matched finish across the fleet.
For a small business, a vehicle is often the most-seen piece of advertising you own. It parks outside every job.
Before You Wrap
Design for every vehicle you have
A layout drawn for a cargo van will not fit a pickup or a hatchback without changes. Measure each vehicle type, keep the logo and phone number in places that stay readable on all of them, and avoid putting key text across door handles and panel gaps.
Keep it readable at a distance
People see your vehicle from across a parking lot or a lane over on the highway. A big logo, a short line about what you do and a phone number usually beat a crowded design.
Full, partial or graphics
A full wrap changes the whole vehicle. A partial wrap or cut graphics can carry the brand at a smaller scale. Both can look sharp. It comes down to the look you want and the vehicles you have.
After the Wraps Go On
Plan around downtime
Each vehicle is off the road while it is wrapped. Rotating one vehicle at a time keeps the business moving. A replacement from our rental fleet can cover longer jobs.
Adding and replacing vehicles
Keep the final artwork files on hand. When a new vehicle joins the fleet, the same design can be adapted to it, and a damaged panel can be re-done without redoing the whole vehicle. When a vehicle leaves the fleet, plan for the wrap to come off before it is sold, so the next owner is not driving around with your phone number.
Care
Hand washing is kindest to film. If the vehicles go through automatic washes, a touchless wash is gentler than brushes. Keep pressure washer jets back from the edges.
Common Questions
Can you wrap just one company vehicle?
Yes. There is no minimum fleet size for our fleet services, and branding works on one vehicle as well as on twenty.
Can the wraps match across different vehicles?
That is the point of fleet branding. We aim for consistent branding and a matched finish across every vehicle, with touch-ups as vehicles rotate in and out.
Do you pick up fleet vehicles?
Yes. Pickup is offered for fleet accounts, so your vehicles spend less time off the road.
Can you handle other work on the same vehicles?
Yes. Fleet accounts can combine detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, tint and wraps under one account and one invoice. See our fleet services page for the full list.
